Imagine the numbers if the US left Iraq wide open to terrorism, if you can and will.
Imagine the numbers of US dead and our dead allies, if terrorism goes unchecked.
Frankly, I have only the energy to mourn the loss of our dead and I give the rest of my attention to living. Life is precious.

Excellent Post! Thank you very much for the link.
You have a very good point. As Americans we are morning the 3000 people who were murdered from the inside on 911.
But what about the people you have mentioned?
Shouldn't the deaths of 1,035,964 carry a little more weight than the deaths of 3000?

Not only should we mourn those tragic deaths, but we should also hold those responsible for those deaths to accountability.
George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and all their war-mongering friends started this immoral war for the sake of 'getting even' with Hussein, to boost the sagging profits of the giant U.S. military-industrial complex from too many years of peace; and - most of all - for OIL and WAR PROFITEERING.
Surely Satan has reserved a special oil-soaked, blood-stained corner of Hell for these war-mongers, along with:
* all 535 members of the most arrogant, incompetent, evil, cowardly, corrupt Republican-led Congress in history that stood by and watched Bush run rip shod over our U.S. Constitution - and -
* all 535 members of the most arrogant, incompetent, evil, cowardly, corrupt Democratic-led Congress in history that promised to end this war if we elected them, and - to date - has failed to keep that promise.
Bush lied to Congress, hoodwinked the American people, and conned our valiant troops into believing there was honorable purpose for this insane, obscene 'war'. Then two bodies of Congress sat idly by, lined their own pockets and did nothing to stop it. May God DAMN them all!!!
