Makes you wonder what % of those singing actually understand what they're singing ABOUT. Given the average I.Q. of the old firm fans I'm guessing pretty low!!!! I don't think however, that ANY song should be banned - if fans give in to this then whats next??? Only fifa approved songs in football stadiums?? I might not agree with whats being sung (on both sides) - But I defend the right to sing them. Who can say that they've ever come away from a football ground feeling OFFENDED by a football song. The amount of non-sectarian abuse sung at matches directed towards opposing fans and players seems to be OK in the eyes of UEFA but not religious songs - crazy!!!

Jewish, Irish, Scots Irish, German, Italian...what's not to like?
Well, I realize that everybody in my past was hated at some point...but that just feeds my whole, "it's an outsider thing, you wouldn't understand" shtick.
Though I often resent my hair...unruly and pesky, even with help from Curly Girl and improved hair styling products.
But other than that, there's plenty to be proud of.

I feel a strong connection to my heritage and ancestry but not all of them were ones I'd be proud of.

I'd enjoy being proud of it however I am adopted. The matter is so touchy with my mum that she starts to cry hysterically if I mention anything related to it.
Out of respect for my father and his love for her I won't touch the subject until she passes on.
