You guys are stupid. I want real answers! She is having the baby right now. Yes IT. I have no idea if its a boy or girl. I want good names that actually mean something.

name "it"?

Edit: Why don't you try "What should we name the baby?" Just because you don't know if the baby is a boy or a girl doesn't mean you need to call the baby an "it", would you appreciate it if you were called an it?

Don't get offended people it is only a 17 year old little girl asking this question, it needs to grow up.

People may be giving you stupid answers but that is because this is a stupid question, why are you looking for strangers on the internet to name your child? They have baby name books out there for you to choose your own. How can we give you names that "mean" something? We don't know you, what means something to me will probably mean nothing to you and vise versa.

If you want popular, think: Emma, Claire, Hannah, Ellie. Jaden, Cole, Caden.

But if you want a less common name--that isn't ridiculously common, try:
Bretta, Jenna, Amelie.
Johnathon, Ian, Brandon.

OR, try combining names to make a new one:
Joel & Melissa = Joelissa
Jordan & MacKenzie = MacKaden or Jerzie
Andrew & Bethany = Anthany
Joshua & Nicole = Joni, J'Cole
(that can actually be a lot of fun!)

Good luck!

I don't which is more stupid - those giving their suggestions for names, idiotic though they may be; or those asking for name suggestions for people we don't even know or know anything about. Not sure how we'd know what name means something to you (or the parent).

There are a lot of good names out there - and some real duds. I would suggest an uncommon, but not unheard name that is not spelled in some bizarre fashion. perhaps something from your ancestry or heritage. The name shouldn't clash or rhyme with the last name.

Good luck!

For a girl, I love the name Lily! It is my favorite name ever! I love it paired with Grace or Joy, as in Lily Grace or Lily Joy :)

For a boy, I love the name Jack! My aunt is pregnant and is naming her son Jack :) I would use a family name as the middle name :)

So... Lily Grace and Jack, simple, yet adorable! Hope this helps! Good luck and God bless!

If you want blessings upon you, any name that ends with el (meaning of God) would be worthwhile. Such as Daniel, Rafael, Michael, Isabel, Maribel, etc.
