My question is this... the general public tickets can be purchased starting Sept. 15. If I am online to purchase 2 tickets the moment they are available.... will they have any tickets available. What I mean is since the presale says sold out or unavailable...no matter where I want seats or how much I am willing to pay, does this mean tickets for the general public are sold out too??? BTW if anyone knows anyone or has tickets available for the Hanna Montana/Miley Cyrus concert in Deluth/Atlanta, GA for Nov. 28. Please let me knowl. I will pay. Please answer with any insight or suggestions.

There will be tickets available on Sept. 15th. Probably much better than what the presale is going to offer. $1300.00 for Miley Cyrus concert tickets? Rip off. Just be online the morning of the 15th. You'll get tickets.

there's only so many seats sold during presale. Also, it could also be if your internet connection is slow. You may want to clear your cache and temp files before since it might speed up your connection. Also, you could try to have someone go to a ticketmaster location to see if they win the lottery for the order in line. I think the first person should be able to get tickets. You could also try ebay closer to the concert date as some ticket prices will lower. otherwise be on the page at 9.59 on sep 15 and keep refreshing the page until 10. also, put Best Available rather than selecting a certain section. hope this helps.

For presales, a certain amount (usually right up by the front) are set aside. This does not mean that the tickets available to the general public will already be sold out. You have more than a fair chance I would think. But please don't spend 1300 for a single ticket! I wouldn't spend that much for my favorite band let alone the next little teenage sensation!

Id suggest calling ticketmaster and/or the place the concert is being held at. Im looking at tickets for a Nov 4th concert fro my kids (wiggles). And called and spoke to the place to find out how many rows/seats ect to find out about where I wanted to try to get tickets for. She was telling me that they block out certain seats...And pick and choose seats for presales, ect...
I went to this same concert at the same place last year and there were tons of lower levels available!!! When I was online ordering it didnt show anything - So I called and they were able to pick and choose which section I wanted. HTH Have Fun!
