yes you will look slimmer in fact, I have a friend who had a beast reduction and she used to see big, she had it and now she looks thinner, In fact I thought she was on a diet cxause she never told me about the surgery till she had already done it. I think it was great for her and it reduced her backache due to the big breasts.

Good luck! ;D

In your title you say weight loss, which to that I would say the breast reduction would only cause "weight" loss from the weight that was taken out of your breasts, not actual fat loss from your body. It would make you look slimmer, in answering your question, and ease back pain, be easier to buy bras, etc. Just examine whether this is what you really want or not, write down negatives and positives, such as, will you be interested in breastfeeding should you have a baby, and what affect will a breast reduction have on that? The positive has already been mentioned.
I hope you can make a good, educated decision that is the best for you.
God bless

I would certainly think so. Now, this is major surgery. So, don’t do it if you’re just hoping for weight loss. Do think about the surgery if your back or back and neck are in pain, if you’re really sagging, your posture is affected. You may lose 3-7 pounds from the surgery itself. Then, you’ll have more freedom of movement and if you’ve had back problems before- the surgery will relieve that. So, you have no reason to not exercise. Watch what you eat- burn more calories than you consume, and you’ll lose weight. Good luck.

No, if anything you will only look lighter in the chest, but the reduction will show how big your stomach really is.

You might want to try losing some weight first, b/c your breast will get smaller while dropping pounds.
