2) Person is not level 1 (Exception - funny guys that get suspended everyday for being too funny)
3) Person has a great sense of humor is a plus
4) Person has a 'decent' rep on YA
5) Oh Hell, too many criteria, I'll be sure to get rid of them LOL.

I check their questions and answers, check if new or been here a little while, what kind of contacts they have and hopefully it works out from there.
I was not so picky when I first started, but I am learning.
Some contacts I take because I already knew of them before they became a fan.

Well, they can't just come at me out of the blue anymore. I've had waaay too many problems with that. I have to have some kind of rapport started first. I don't like racists or sexist or just plain hateful people. So I won't want them on my contact list.

No obscene language. I look at the level cuz I want no Trolls on my list. I look at their questions to see what they ask. If they appear to be nice, decent humans, I'll give them a chance. I look for people who use this site for good, clean fun♥

They have a good personality and seem a genuine person and have great questions of fun or in categories I'm interested in and don't insult people on here like some do!

I usually add frequent users. I hate when people who sign up for this site & never ask or answer a question request me as a contact, just to make themselves more popular.

they must have at least answered some of my questions,and i answer some of theirs!!if they are a level 1,i don't add them cause they could be a troll!
if i see that some of my contacts don't answer any of my questions in a month,or i don't answer theirs,i take them off my contact list!

when u find them interesting enough to add to ur contact ..but there r snobs who r not sporting enough and r a blot to the healthy exchanges we have by indicating that they shall delete u if u make them ur contact .if this is there attitude let them join a exclusive club of theirs .this applies to eannie
