It all depends on how long it was suspended for. It will not be less than that, plus you may have to take defensive driving to get it back. You should do this anyway to try and offset some of the increased insurance rates you brought on yourself with the charge.

It depends on the state laws, each state is diffrent. it also depends on how many points you were charged on your license. your best bet is to go on your state website (ex. Florida.gov) and look it up. good luck!!

the judge shouod have told you how long it was suspended for mmmmmm? most are for one year.
