Interesting question. I think the person you pick should be one who gave the most thought and consideration to answering this question. Maybe someone who was the most polite saying to pick the person above them or below them. Maybe the person who took some time to really think of a good answer and write it. It is entirely up to you who you think deserves the best answer. I do think it should be someone who is polite. Politeness always deserves a reward. Good luck with picking the Best Answer.

The reason for choosing a "best answer" is for that...choose the best answer in which you believe is the best answer. Obviously, you would not choose some jerk as your best answer or some immature fool who just wants to act a fool on your page...You know what I mean? Choose that one you think you like best...and voila! Good luck! I hope you choose the best answer!

My answer: "fowl (alphabetical order!)" yet another answerer used my comparable answer once I submitted it. His replaced into chosen maximum suitable answer. grew to become out to be a team of two persons who had somewhat interest going the place she might pose a question; he might answer; and no count how inane (or insane) the respond, his could be chosen for the ten factors. An occasion -- she asked the question: "Who invented the 24 hour day?" He spoke back "Rolex proprietor", and he or she chosen that as maximum suitable answer.
