i bought both cd's and Kanye is good so far. I have not had a chance to listen to 50 yet. Kenny Chesney might possibly outsell both of then as country cd's sell better than hip hop cd's because they are not leaked as often before release and the country fans are faithful to the core for artists they love. Same for hip hop. For the people who say Kanye is a whiner, he has the right too. The guy makes nothing but hits and is he wrong for wanting to be honored for them. I am with him as far as the MTV awards are concerned, why should Britney Spears have opened the show. She is washed up and at this point its gonna take a lot for her to get back on track. Now the 50 haters can shut up, dude has sold 15 million on 2 cd's so its safe to say he will get his numbers. He will never sell as much as the first but no artists does now a days. Much Love and Prayers to everyone who lost someone on 9/11. I feel your pain, my college teammate's father was supposed to be in the building that day but he missed his train from jersey. Thank GOD and bless everyone today who's missing a loved one.

I copped both, but 50 is way better.
First off 50 has more quality tracks on his album, and better collabos. 50 and JT have the best song out right now Ayo technology. Kanye has tpain and lil wayne which i dont even like. kanye is trying to be deep in his music, when in reality all he is is a rapper with a mic, so stop trying to put profound thinking and other stuff in your music. If i want that i will read book.
50 brings energy and his songs are way better, and after hearing his album your ready to go to the club. I wanted kanye to have a better album, his second one was HOT! the third does no justice.
50 all the way, but i have money on kanye winning, just cause i think he has better marketing going for him. He practically played his whole CD live on the VMAs and then he has a special on bet, and 50 really didnt do any marketing.

I was going to buy Kanye's album just to help Fiddy make good on his promise until SUNDAY'S VMA's kindergarten kanye rant. Now, I could care less. I might buy a Kanye song or two from a site that sells them for 10 cents each. Maybe.

Neither, personally I think this is a gimmick so they can both make more money, not that they need it. I find it sick that they could literally wipe their butts with cash and still have more than they can ever need, and people in this very country are in debt trying to simulate the life styles of the rich and famous.

i have listened to both and both are good albums but 50's album is a bit better. There are a few tracks of kanyes like "homecoming" and "champion" that are good out of the unrealeased ones. But 50's got goods tunes like "fire" with nicole from pussy cat dolls and "still will kill" Feat. akon and "all of me" feat. Mary J. These out wiegh kanye's tracks because we all know "ayo technology" is better than "stronger". But they are both very good albums. but iv already got Curtissss!!!

Kanye is a whiner who is way too full of himself. Oh, and hes not HALF as good of a lyricist as he seems to think he is. 50 doesn't try to be deep or profound with his lyrics, but his beats are great and hes a ton of fun to listen to. Id give it to 50, but then again, I wont be buying either album.
