My Dear friend that happens sometimes that u dont want to do anything
but the thing is that how much courage u have to face the Circumstances and to fight with ur inner feelings for acheiving ur good goal in life if u r loosing ur passion becoz of someone or something than make it ur Challenge to do more better in it rather than leaving and lost interest but do more struggle and let him or what eva the reason of ur depression see that u r not dependable u can do it and u need no sympathy ............ thats all my perception .... Worth going to a doctor and having some blood work done. It could be anything from being anemic to mild depression. So many things effect our bodys chemical network.

If you say that you lost your passion. I don't think so because you are asking for help. this means that you have passion for yourself and that is a good thing. So give yourself a pat on the back say it will OK and then give yourself a big HUG. Then finely just be good to yourself always.

Avoid to sit idle and lonely. Meditation is best if you can do that.

remember ur old days...as a kid..as a teen...re-xplore ur old memories..dis will definitely help u to come out of depression...
Depression arise when d output is below ur xpectations...so d most simple way is stop xpecting frm urself...jst c d world around...try to b happy in their happiness...thtz d key to become happier everafter...
