You Indians are such ignorant people.
Yahoo is co-founded and owned by Jerry Yang, a Chinese-American originally from Taiwan, China and David Filo.
Yahoo! Inc. is the No. 1 Internet brand globally and the most trafficked Internet destination worldwide.
It is NOT an Indian company, NOT founded by Indians, for God's sake.
Humility is a virtue, maybe you guys should practice it more.

You are connecting the word Yahoo with an Indian -
hindi film of shammi kapoor wherein he says
yahooo chahey koi muje junglee kahein ..... and that
is why you are wondering whether it is an Indian
company. It is an american company with yahoo as
its name and the word means (n) brutish, bestial person.
Hope this satisfies your curiosity.
