I have always like the soundtrack to Lost Boys. There are others that are worth the attention. Any movie soundtrack by Prince and most recently the soundtrack to Daredevil.

I love Ennio Morricone, so The Good, The Bad and The Ugly was my first favorite when it emerged in the mid-60s. Since then, his 'Once Upon A Time in America' and 'The Mission' have captivated me. James Horner's 'Braveheart' was also excellent, as was Danny Elfman's original 'Batman'.

I have to say that first loves are best loves: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.

The one Donovan did for "Brother Sun, Sister Moon" in 1973. It's by Franco Zeffirelli, who is/was a great Italian director who is much under-appreciated. He also did a perfectly beautiful version of "Romeo & Juliet" in 1968. Thanks for reminding me: I'm going to look up what else he has done.
