Oh, wow! Let's seee...there are the people on the phone at my one job, then there are the 35-100 customers coming thru my line at my 2nd job. It gets annoying! Do you know I got a complimentary comment card at my 2nd job b/c I simply told the person "a simple thank you, instead of the tired 'Have a nice day'"? An excellent thing was when they passed the policy several yrs ago that the police can no longer say it after giving you a ticket. Woo hoo! Those letter-writing, demonstrating citizens were good for SOMEthing!
