If you are diabetic, a podiatrist will do it. The reason for that is because of poor circulation and healing time, they need to be extra careful with their feet. Diabetic neuropathy occurs frequently. Otherwise, treat yourself to a pedicure

Any nail salon will give you a pedicure but if you have problem nails or infections it is best to go to a podiatrist and get them trimmed professionally.

If you go to a hair/nail salon where pedicures are given, your nails will be cut. A foot specialist will cut them for you also.
