I love love love your name choice! It is very classy, and yet very fun. It sounds like a name right out of a Jane Austen novel. Any little girl (and grown woman) would be very lucky to have a name like that!

I think Fiona Jane is beautiful.
Fiona is a new trendy name, very feminine and girly. Jane is old school, very simple but still beautiful.
I think the combination of the two is great!!!! They work so well together!!! I hope my advice helps, and good luck with the baby!!!!

Hmmm, didn't realise Jane was the female version of James.
You only give half the story, it all depends on the full name including the surname.
HOWEVER, Fiona Jane is a good start ;)

it's good that u chose a name that is connected to your parents - there is a saying that that sort of continuity in the family is good... as for Fiona, sorry no it sounds to oldish to me.. but hey, if u think ur daughter will grow up and love her name - that's the most important thing

Jane is my mothers name and I've often considered using it in one of my future children's name. Good choice! and Fiona is adorable

love it!! I also think it's very sweet that you are using a middle name with some meaning to it. All to often people use middle names that just sound good together, which is fine, but I think a middle name should have a meaning.
Good luck and congrats!
