I was told to wear the piercing earrings for 6 weeks, but am wondering if I can wear sterling silver right after that time or should I wear gold earrings for the first few months?

i would give it at least a month. they tell you to keep the piercing ones in there for a reason. chances of infection are greatly increase if you too quick to change earrings.

You can wear sterling silver about 8-10 weeks after getting ears pierced.

you can always wear sterling silver earings but you've got to wait 6 weeks before you can take out the other earings since you got them pierced

Keep the same studs in for 6 weeks. After that wear anything you want.

it actual relies upon on how your physique reacts to rings. some cant cope with silver and in straight forward terms can positioned on gold and visa versa. you in straight forward terms could desire to attempt it out and see. yet likely, you may desire to purchase the rings on the save that the piercer approves of in any case (that's in straight forward terms a go with few) that are discovered to be the main secure, circulate with those! Then after your ears have thoroughly healed, then positioned on the rings you like.

6 weeks so they can heal up and everything. After that, usually one would stick with the nickel-free or hypo allergenic ones. Then you're "free to go."
