In Google, search for:

url: care

It will find all websites with "care" in them. Just don't forget the "colon(:)" after URL, it's even hard for me to see.

I can't say much but if you are saying about to search for a word in a web page, i can suggest you.
If you are using mozilla firefox, you will have to go to edit>find in this page you will get the word for which you are searching for.

google has "advanced search" feature where you can search exactly where you want to; either as part of the web address or its url or anywhere in its pages.
