A close friend of ours was on Flight 11, the second one to hit the towers. He was one of the most decent human beings we've ever met. It's not fair that he died leaving his wife and two small children alone, while a SOB like Bin Laden is still alive and plotting how to kill more people.

No, but i live 5 miles from Shanksville Pa. I feel like i know the passengers of flight 93 and their families. It's always such an overwhelming time when they come to visit; very emotional!

I also know someone that died that sad day six years ago now. He was one of the pilots of one of the two planes the hit the WTC. Tom was a great man, dad and friend, he will be forever missed by his family and friends.

Yes. A former coworker and skiing buddy, John Rigo. For those answering this question, you should include the name of the person as another testimony to Bush not keeping the country safe. It occurred on his watch after being warned by Clinton that bin Laden was the number one threat of violence against the USA. W knew this for 8 months AND DID NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!

my mom used to be a hotel manager in louisville ky just a few miles from the airport. many of the air crews stayed at the hotel. she came to know many of them from picking them up at the airport at 2 am. ken and jennifer lewis, both flight attendants and husband and wife were 2 of the ones she adored the most. both very gracious and appreciative. they were usually on different flights but occasionally would either meet up in louisville or be on the same flight. they both died on flight 77 that hit the pentagon.
