Enjoyed, every possible chance.
If all you are doing is enduring, why bother, each day will seem like an eternity.
If you are enjoying life, each day will pass too fast but your life will have more days to enjoy.
Happiness and joy have been shown over and over in numerous studies to be very healthy, lower blood pressure, stronger heart, increased endorphin procuction. Better sleep patterns, etc. etc.
The list goes on.
Life is meant to be enjoyed, if you are enjoying life, it will never seem as if you merely enduring another day.
Smile!!

Life to me is meant to be enjoyed to the max. you will have to endure a bit of hardship once in a while. daily life activities involve all sort of endurance tests. so personally i will not go out of my way to make it more complicated.
I just go out and make every moment and enjoyable one.

It depends on one's frame of mind. Some people even in the best circumstances feel that their lives are so horrible that they are merely enduring them while others, even in adversity, manage to find some enjoyment. It is all in the mind - "emancipate yourself from mental slavery" as Bob Marley sings.

Neither of those is more than an emotional response to human life experiences.

Life is a fact, has meanings and IS Value.

Most Humans progress in ontology realizations this way:

Up to about age 12 years, I am alive -- whoopee ! fun and games mostly

ages 12 -35 or so, I am what? purpose? meaning ?

Ageless Spirit-Born eternal awareness, beginning here for all Truth-lovers-seekers-finders: I am a beloved son of I AM; I am eternally Certain ...Thank You our loving Father God !

Your one eternal Life in God's Light is to be forever progressively PERSONALLY EXPERIENCED and shared in joy with all whom you contact. Starting here and now !

Peace and progress,

Your question requires God in order to have given you a meaning for your life. Natural processes such as evolution cannot have nor give meaning.

So the answer has to be either life has no "meant" to it or seek God for only He could have the answer.

I think we were meant to seek and find Him.

Life is given to you to experience.
Whether you enjoy or endure is your choice.

Merely enduring pain in life is hellish and antithetical to any kind of decent spirituality, yet enjoyment is not something that just falls in my lap.
