First of all i also want to know is there anyone in this section which is also annoyed by the questions like -
* WHO WILL WIN THE 20-20 WORLD CUP?

This questions has been repeated time & again. I am sick of it.

Anyway, back to the original question -
We all saw a few upsets in the earlier world cup in West Indies. Brother Bangladesh defeated mother India & Ireland defeated brother 'Pakistan'.
Now what do you think? Is there any chance of such things in the 20-20 Circus?
Will Bangladesh be able to defeat SA or WI? OR
Will Scotland do a number on India & Pakistan? or
Will Zimbabwe surprise Australia & England? or
Will Kenya shock Sri Lanka & New Zealand?

W..H..A..T D...O Y...O..U T...H...I...N...K?

Re:Tears - Your answers are always appreciated . I give you & Vakayil j the 'VIP' status in this section. You are the only 'Sri Lankan' fan here with some 'CLASS & GRACE'. I like your positive, honest & unbiased aproach in this section which is a rare thing here. People like you make your country proud. But those biased people are a disgrace to 'Sri Lanka'.
Currently watching the SA-WI match. Windies playing really well.

Re: ROCK - I think i agree with you 85% that Aussies,Kiwies & South Africans are the top contenders because these teams are great in the fielding department. Among sub-continental teams SriLanka is the top contender because they have selected experienced players for the tournament unlike brother Pakistan & mother India. But i still think that India in 20-20 is under rated. We have some really good youngsters in the side. You never know with 20-20. Good answer

Re: Vakayil K - Agree with you on almost your every answer. You have good knowledge of the game. Cheers

i do no longer think this type of the interest is meant to be considered as a technically perfect interest. Im no longer asserting that I take exhilaration in observing it nonetheless. As a bowler myself i locate it terrible that the assorted superb bowlers interior the international can't shop a right now line or pitch in basic terms through rigidity they're under via the batsmen. whether, the batting isnt even actual batting because of the fact this is purely a slog fest. there is completely such assorted situations you will discover the comparable interest being performed many times back. So I agree, the 20-20 international Cup would be no longer something greater desirable than a circus.

I fancy chances of Australia, SA or NZ lifting the trophy, mate. They have more practice than any other team. Ofcourse Pakistan has its own T20 league in place. But the fact remains there's not much quality out there. England does have an outside chance and India have played just ONE T20 match till date, which too they won pathetically (It took them 19.5 overs to get to 128).

So I think Punter, Smith and Vettori are the blokes in contention

I think now you have your answers. The biggest shock is the defeat of Ausies by the Zombies. And also banga have proven they are a better side by defeating windies. From now on only Banga can make any shocks in super 8.
