ordinarily back pain can certainly be cured by exercise and yoga. But back pain due to any other reason may need doctor's advice.

Yoga will definitely help with your back pain, and same with exercises. It depends on the severity of the problem, but it can cure it.

Yoga as well as very gud breathing exercises will definitely cure ur prob. Mostly these problems occur becoz of improper breathing. U better attend a class from any skilled yoga guru who will explain u how breathing exercise helps in maintaining our body healthy until the end of our life. Take calcium rich foods which is mainly dhals and in particular black dhal.

Stretching is the key, especially the backs of your legs. When your leg muscles (hamstrings) tighten up they pull down on your lower back. Keeping limber is very important. Yoga is a lot of stretching, so it is helpful. As far as exercise goes just make sure that you are stretching before and after so you don't do more harm than good. Take care.

I would say go for exercises and yoga. Medicines are short term solutions to cope with pain.

Go with the exercise as long as it is not contraindicated. Doctors will prescribe medicines for pain that cause you to have a slow colon then pills for the slow colon and so fourth and so on. You get the picture. Take some magnesium to help with muscle tenderness.

I would have to say depending on what is causing the back pain. I think you may find help with a good chiropractor, they can realign your posture which would help. Also acupuncture is great for relieving pain and promoting healing.
