after seeing that guy who fell out of the world trade center, to maybe in install fire proof parachutes near every window of all tall buildings?

no that isn't logical because what happens to the second person that falls out after the first person uses the parachute. they would fall on the first person and then they both would be killed.

That would be too expensive. Rope ladders would be a better idea.
