Cheating is not against the law in Australia therefore no one can be sued for cheating...

It is against God's laws and against society's morals. Whether or not his wife can sue should be the least of her concerns. She is violating someone marriage and should be ashamed. If she gets this guy, does she really think he isn't going to do the same to her as he is doing against his wife. She needs to break it off with this scum. Tell her to find a man with some morals. God bless.

I'd hate to be the husband when the wife finds out what is going on ! There may be some legal avenue the wife could explore with a good lawyer, especially if the hubby is not looking after his family properly.

In my opinion cheating is cheating no matter where you live. I don't know the legal aspects of this for sueing but I know I wouldn't be too happy

You mean morals, yes it is against social expectations. And keep God inside the religion section, not everyone likes / believes in god.

No matter where or who cheating is cheating. Check with your heart. Not your head.

Let's put it this way...the ultimate authority in this world, God, says it's wrong to commit adultery. Need I say more?
