Try to catch up. "Al Qaeda" ("The Base") and "Al Qaeda in Mesopotamia" (the ones in Iraq) are two separate and distinct organizations with separate and distinctly different goals. Al Qaeda in Mesopotamia was not created, organized, funded, armed or directed by the original Al Qaeda and did not exist prior to the invasion. This reality has been widely reported and acknowledged even by the "liberal" Bush Administration.

Perhaps you should keep listening to the whole sentance. What I for one, and I'm sure many others ACTUALLY say is

"Al Qaeda were not in Iraq WHILE SADAM WAS IN POWER"

You'd have to be an idiot to think there's no Al Qaeda there now.

I watched Al Quadeas top car-bomb expert die (In Iraq) on a live video feed.

Al Quaeda's doctrine required that they fight in Iraq to prevent the introduction of what they consider to be apostasy.

Another thing that has happened is that Al Quaeda has lost lots of credibility because of Iraq first because they are unable to stop the the elected government and second because they are massacring other Muslims.

Which liberals said that? How do you know the dead Iraqis are Al Qaeda? Do they wear some kind of badge?
