For some reason I am unable to. I have used CTRL, Print Screen & CTRL, FN and it is still not allowing me to email or just copy print screens. Can anyone help? I am working from home and desperately need to send print screens back to the office.
Thanks

Press the CTRL + PrtScr key (Next to F12) to capture the Desktop (ALT + PrtScr to capture the current window) to the Clipboard.

You probably did that. so here's the secret:

Open Programs > Accessories > Paint, then, select Edit > Paste. There's your screen shot!!!

Then, save the file to the Desktop, with a descriptive title and be sure to save as “JPG”.

1. Maximize the window you'd like to capture.
2. To copy/capture the current window, hold down ALT + Print Scrn at the same time. To capture the entire screen, just press Print Scrn.
3. Open a new document in MS Word or Outlook.
4. Paste the screen shot by holding down CTRL and V at the same time.
5. Rinse, lather and repeat.
