The tap where the washer's water hose is connected to is leaking slightly. It is not dripping on the floor if you have it closed, but if you touch it, it's wet.
Should I call a plumber or is this something I can fix with some sort of paste or smthg?

The thing is... the hose is really difficult to unscrew... it has a metal thing, and i am pretty sure the water is coming from the tap and not from where the hose and tap join.... i will try changing the "washer" though

For your safety dealing with water in the area disconnect both the washer and dryer prior to attempting any repairs. Please turn off the water at the tap, then unscrew the hose. There should be a rubber/poly washer inside the hose side. Try replacing this. Taking the original with you to your local hardware store or Home Depot if your so inclined. They should be able to provide you with a replacement.
You place the new one in and re-attach the hose being careful to not cross-thread the hose onto the tap. Then slowly turn the water back on at the tap.
Pleas note: if there is no on/off at the tap you will need to find the water shut off for the water line leading to the tap and turn this off. Prior to disconnecting the hose.
Do not forget there may be water in the line of the hose/tap when you disconnect it be prepared with something to catch this water.

Is the water leaking when the tap is turned off or on? See this for more information http://home.howstuffworks.com/how-to-repair-a-faucet3.htm . If the water is not leaking from where the hose is attached to the tap, then it is leaking from the faucet itself. First, just tighten the nut around the faucet stem. Since it is just slightly leaking, tighten a little bit at a time (most times, this will fix the leak) If that doesn't fix it, then you need to replace the packing. Do this by removing the faucet handle, removing the nut around the faucet stem, and then replacing the packing that is inside. Like many plumbing items, the (packing) part itself is very inexpensive.
And, of course, do all the removing AFTER you have turned off your water supply (water main), and the testing after you have turned the water supply back on. :-)

I get the impression that it is not the tap but the washer in the hose fitting that is faulty, buy a new washer for a few pence.
I would'nt call out a plumber, as you will have to pay for the "call-out" charge.

Not familiar with the Dodge, but radiator replacement on trucks is usually pretty darn easy. Far better to replace the radiator than try a bandaid. If the radiator is leaking that bad, either the stuff won't work, or if it does work, you will have a leak somewhere else shortly afterward, as the radiator is already shot. Buy a replacement radiator and do it the right way. I have had problems with the stop leak stuff...clogs up heater cores, creates stoppage in the radiator overflow bottle which caused low coolant levels in the radiator but overflowed the reservoir, etc.

First, are you sure the pipe and faucet aren't just sweating because of the difference between the air temperature and the temperature of the water carried inside? A leak will usually drip or flow to the floor beneath the fixture.
