I think you can do the HS Diploma through correspondence courses or an Alternative school. But I agree with the answer above most companies now look for the Degree and either a GED or HS Diploma equivalate to about the same thing.

I had a good friend that did get his GED and he is making well over 100k a year in the computer world. Just because you have a GED instead of a hs diploma employers should not look at you any different.

You can try, but because of your age the school may not be required to offer that education. It would probably be faster to get a GED.
Why would you want to sit through classes with people 4 years younger than you anyways?

just as you said go back or find an accreditted school that can give them to you like a night school or one of those online schools. but be careful. a GED might not be so bad it has the same wieght as a hs diploma. my aunt got her ged and went right to college no problem. no one will know but you. Itsvery responsible of you do do this just stick to it. life will get rough without one. good luck!

you could see if there is a continuation school in your area. HS Diploma today is not that important. If you get a GED then get a degree noone will care about the GED.

You can contact your local community college and see if they offer a HS equivalency degree. You can take classes there just like you would for the GED. Also, check whereever they offer GED classes and they might also offer HSE. Good luck!!

Back in the 60's, when my husband got his GED, he took it to my high school as proof of completion. He was issued a diploma from my high school. (Without the graduation ceremony, of course)

Enroll back into high school. Contact the guidance dept and see if they will allow you to accelerate your education. That will include taking no study classes and attending summer classes. There's a good chance you would "graduate" in your junior year. Don't screw up this time!!

A GED is as good as a high school diploma.
But you could always try and re-enroll in your local high school. Call your local board of education and see what they have to say.

I would suggest you enroll in a technical school and get a hsed(high school equivalancy diploma) it is the next best thing to a regular diploma and you don't have the same stress as in h.s. it is a more relaxed environment
