I was gonna get another video card,but all the new ones are either ddr2 or ddr3.My mother board and memory is the regular ddr.Can I still use the ddr2 video cards?

The DDR2 memory is for the video card use only, it will not effect your motherboard with only DDR memory.

Completely safe So YES you can use a video card with DDR2 memory with a motherboard that has DDR memory
