What is the cause for the civil unrest in France?

Emmigrating from your home country to a new country offers great opportunity. But when people immigrate to seek out those opportunities and then refuse to assimilate, they unwittingly slam shut those doors of opportunity that brought them there. From there it becomes a matter of frustration and then anger and rage.
The effects? Government attempts to placate and pacify by instituting more social programs that ultimately do little more than to further enslave those who are held in bondage. Social programs are not a helping hand up, but rather encourage complacency and dependency. It becomes a generational issue.
