As I am not regular I don´t exactly know when it is going to come. but I have this pains in my mid section, probably your period will come in 3 or 4 days.
Good luck! ;D

Well, about a week and a half before my period, my breasts become tender and I start getting the appetite of a 300 pound linebacker that has a special craving for chocolate-even though normally, I don't like sweets. Then that starts to subside after about a week. I then start getting a little moody and anxious, which lasts about 3-4 days. Discharge becomes a little heavier at that point as well and I also start becoming more tired. I usually start my period and anywhere from 12-24 hours after starting it is when I get cramps that would make Superman cry. They typically last about 24 hours, unless I take percocet to help relieve them.
Everyone is different though and actually, if you are still in puberty, your signs and symptoms may change as you age. I never used to get cramps or hardly any symptoms when I was a teenager. That all changed after my first miscarriage, which is also typical. The key is to know your body and pay attention to the signs. Some of your signs may be so small and barely noticeable that you may not even realize they are there. I have gotten so intune with my cycle and symptoms, that I have been able to tell every time I have been pregnant before I even missed my period because my symptoms changed or didnt appear at all. So far, I have been right 4 out of 4 times.

It varies from lady to lady. i began out mine returned magnificent away, like 2 months on a similar time as solely breastfeeding. The extra customary the nursing classes for the period of the day the fewer possibly your cycle is to return. Even those coveted 4 hours stretches of sleep at night (once you're fortunate adequate to get those interior the early months) can set off cycles to return.

That’s one sign. It happens with me too. Sometimes I just get bloated, crave sugar, etc. well before the period shows up.
