I have no idea how much you will grow, all I know you still have 4 years to grow taller; I would definitely recommend you to eat properly and don´t make stupid diets to be super thin; I have a friend whose parents are not tall and he is very tall; I asked his mom why; I thought she was going to tell me his father or any ancester was very tall.
She told me she fed him always right, everyone in the family was short but him.
In my case I think I stayed shorter due to diets, my mom is a tall person and I am not taller than her; when I was supposed to, so I highly recommend to eat well now that you are growing.
I don´t know how much you will grow; but I know I have the same I reacged when I was 16 and no more growind :s but every body is different; so it is not your case.
Good luck! ;D

I ws 4'11" at 14 by the time I was 18 I was 5'1"....my whole family is over 5'6" for the females and over 6' for the males....but my husband is the same height as me. My son is very small and will never be taller than us. I never had an issue being short even in a family of what seemed like giants (and I dated alot of taller guys who all liked that I was tiny in height). My husband on the other hand did - so to make my son feel more secure I point out the benifits of being short.
I've never hit my head walking into a room
I don't have to bend to get things on the bottom cupboards
I fit in every car/bed/or seat
I hide easily behind everything (great if your in a group and did something wrong)
I get to hear alot of funny short jokes
I appear younger than I am (when you get old this will be GREAT!!)
I notice much more of the world than those that are tall because I have a closer veiw
I'm sure if you think about it you'll find just as many benifits as downfalls (excuse the pun)....focus on whats great about you and what you can change...
Reese Witherspoon, Sylvester Stallone, Tom Cruise, Danny Devito, Rita Hayward, Christina Agulaira.....and many more all short, happy, and famously successful...

At 13 I was 5'7", at 16 I was 5'9" so you are probably mostly grown but still not done yet. Stop measuring yourself on a daily basis and start doing it every year like on your birthday. You'll notice a significant difference.
Also, if you are forcing your feet to be small by wearing shoes that are too tight it is proven to stunt your growth. Take the chinese culture for instance, see how small they are, it's some sort of tradition to keep the feet very small, especially the women - they are supposed to be petite. My cousin forced her feet into tight shoes to keep her feet small and is only 5'2" with a size 7 foot.
This is not to say that wearing shoes a size too big will help but wear shoes that fit!! As a child I always liked my shoes with a tiny bit of room in the toe area and I'm the tallest in my family. Mom hated it because I always needed shoes. I'm 5'9" and wear a size 10 shoe.

Hello, I feel your pain lol. Usually they saw girls stop growing at 18, but they really stop growing 4 years after they get their periods. What you can do to try to help your height, is take lots of vitamins, eat right, and drink plenty of milk. There are also some websites that offer pills and shakes etc. to help you grow, it might not work but its worth a shot . Go to this website : http://www.growtall.com/ I wanted to get those pills when I was in high school but never had the money. Try it and tell me if it works! Maybe I can still get it, it says it works up to age 33 and I am 24!!

It's hard to say how much taller, BUT at 14 I'm pretty sure you aren't finished growing yet.
Most people are at their true height at about 17. Don't give up yet - you've got 3 to 4 more years before you stop growing!

You are ONLY 14. Girls grow until they are at least 18. You still have some time. Unfortunately there is no way to make yourself taller, just as there is no way to predict how tall a person is going to be.

My wife is 5' 2" and my sister is 5'0". Both women are absolute dolls and full of vitality. Everybody seems to love them, and I've never heard either of them complain about their height. You're way too worried about something you have no control over. Learn to accept the way you are. Have you ever heard the expression of being comfortable in your own skin? Being able to do that is far more important than how tall you are. When you are happy and secure, everything seems to go better in life.

I can't say that you're gonna grow more or not. Hopefully you'll learn to accept yourself as you are. I can totally feel for you, as I am only 5'0 myself, and the shortest one on both sides of my family. To compensate for my own height, I married a 6'8 guy. Hopefully my kids will get his genes and not mine! Good luck, and I hope you eventually learn that being short isn't always a terrible thing.

I'm 27 and I'm 5'3. Relax! You are only 14 too. You have until you reach 18 or so before you stop growing.

Some girls still grow until about 18. However, After 8th grade (14yrs old) at 5'5" I personally didn't grow anymore. Sounds like you might have to invest in some good high heels:) Unfortunately for me they kill my feet. I hope for your sake you do grow more, but if not I'm sure you'll still be beautiful!
