I would rather have two close friends than 200 aquaintances.

I'd rather have the two very close friends, as long as they didn't live far away and I could always see them when we wanted to see each other. Coz it gets lonely sometimes if your only close friends are far away. If that is the case, give me the acquaintances. :-)
I make sure to smile at everyone I meet just in case they could be a new potential friend.

I would ALWAYS rather have ONE close friend over a hundred aquaintances.
The difference between an aquaintance, friend and CLOSE friend is that
One will say "what the hell were you thinking" when you get into trouble...
A friend will bail you out of jail when you get into trouble
and the close friend will be sitting beside you in jail saying
"Man, We need to go out more often...."

a pair of close friends. i'm a effective guy and take place to have plenty of aquaintances, ppl u chat with yet dont fairly carry close out with exterior of school. i in my opinion desire I had nearer friends that certainly took the attempt to fairly get to correctly known me.

A couple of close friends.
We all have a bunch of aquaintances whether we like it or know it. Unless you're a hermit, who's NEVER been past your front door, everyone you 'aquaint' with, is essentially an aquaintance.

I have about 4-5 very close friends. A LOT better this way, because there's less people in your business!!
