I think teams will not promote big hitters who have been playing all along in the m iddle order sucf as M.S. Dhoni of India to open the innings. However, they will defenitely open the innings with their best strikers who are familiar to open the innings. Big hitters will defeniotely be promoted up in the order depending upon the situation.

in the first 6 overs only two fielders can be placed outside the 30 yard circle. For the remaining 14 overs, not more than 5 fioelders are allowed outside the circle.

Hi there,
Honestly it's a good question. *starred*.

Well it will be different for different teams. Every team has different requirements. Now since 20-20 is extremely quick cricket therefore teams would like to make sure that their best hitters play the maximum inside those 20 overs. So definately all hitters will play in the top order in this 'CIRCUS'.

For Australia, Gilly - Hayden will do it at the top & Symonds will take care in the last overs.

For SA, again Smith-Gibbs will do it at the top. They also have enough big hitters to handle situation in the middle & final overs. So no problem for them.

For Pakistan i think the opening slot is a big problem. They aren't good at that. All their hopes are on Afridi. If Afridi fails they are in a big time trouble.

For India also opening slot is a problem because of inexperienced players. All hopes are on Yuvi -Dhoni - Karthik trio

NZ will strugle because they haven't played enough international cricket since WC.

WI is always an under-rated side. They can do wonders one day & can lose to the weakest team the other day. Inconsistent team. But i believe they can do something special this time in SA.

Sri Lanka - The most serious sub-continental team about this tournament. They have chosed all their experienced big guns. Now it's time for them to fire. But remember, it may also 'BACK FIRE'.

England is in a good form. They have played some good cricket recently. So they will be the most confident side. Also they have a lot of 20-20 experience.

CHEERS!!!

This is a game for big hitting. So you will need at least 3 or 4 hitters. At the same time we also need at least 2 people who can steady things and hold like back bone. One of them at No 3 and another as a reserve for use later. The rest of the places is only for hitters.
Both the opening batsmen must be hitters or at least two of the first three..
