When we leave the house together and I am waiting outside to lock the door, he walks out leaving the door open instead of pulling it shut - which means I have to lean in and pull the door shut before locking it.
It's such a small, petty thing, but I bugs me because it's inconsiderate and there is no reason why he *couldn't* just pull the door shut behind him.

he does not finish a project. then when he's in the mood, instead of finishing one he's already started, he starts a new one.
he put down a kitchen floor, but still needs to put down the last 2 squares around the radiator.
he put up a tin ceiling, but still has to put up 5 squares around the door.
he put up french doors but he still needs to smear that stuff (spackling?) to hide the seams of the dry wall.
i better stop.

When my boyfriend comes over to my house...he is always turning my lights off and messing with my thermostat. He says I waste electricity and says the temp in my house too cold when it's warm outside and too hot when it's cold outside. He will literally walk around my house and turn of every light..even my little nite lites in my bathroom and the light in the my fridge door. He says he is just trying to help reduce my electric bill....but it really irritates me!

Leaves clothes in the floor. Never puts anything in the trash. I guess things could be worse.

After thirty years of marriage, you learn to let a lot of things slide. But the one thing that still irritates me today is that he is constantly interrupting me when I talk.

when we're arguing about something and he doesn't like what i'm saying , he just leaves after finishing what he has to say and doesn't pay attention to my opinion ...or in other cases , he keeps telling me that i'm young and unaware of what's really going on around us ... i mean for God sake just because he's 7 years older than me , doesn't make him wiser .... we 're human , we make mistakes , he doesn't have to be right all the time ... it just pisses me off .
