i thought about it being 9-11 this day still scares me...it doesnt seem like it was that long ago. i still think about all the victims and their families, i bet this is one of the worst days for them....i couldnt imagine how they feel.
Anyway just wondered if anyone else, thought about what this day means now?

I though how lucky I am to be alive. I worked on Wall St and see everything unfold on 9-11 with my own two eyes. I remember when the first plane hit I was talking about the Tiawanese Dollar with one of my co-workers and to this day I still can't beleive me last words could have been about the Tiawanese Dollar. I can still close my eyes and picture that second plane slamming into the tower and people jumping from both towers to their deaths.
When I look at my eight month old daughter I realize how lucky I am. It is still a very hard day to get through, but there are many people who never got the chance to meet their children.

I'd forgotten it was 9-11. The first thing I thought about when I woke up was I had to go to school, and I just wanted to sleep in. I'm not very intellectual at that time in the morning. Thanks for reminding me about 9-11 though!
You have a nice day too!

I must admit, I didn't really think much about the date until it was on the news. I am as saddened as anyone by the events six years ago, but itdoes not help to dwell on them. Part of carrying on and winning against terrorists is letting go of the past and moving on. That is not to say one should forgive and forget, but it is not healthy to harbor hatred and a need for revenge either. These are the real scars.

A thought of my neighbors kids who lost their father that day at the WTC.
Will they go to school today? How will they feel when 9/11 is discussed at school if they go?

Will the teacher tell it straight that 3000 people were murdered by islamo facists?

The FIRST thing I thought was that I wish the dog hadn't jumped on the bed and woke me up. But eventually, I did pause to reflect that it was 9/11 and think of all those lost on that day.

I am still awake so I have not gotten the chance to wake up and think about it but for it has been lots of good thoughts towards those affected and I will say prayers for them all soon. I think about where I was and how I was affected and think about how I am affected to this day. I have friends in Afghanistan so this day is hard on me but I remember all those who lost their lives and remind myself that it was not in vain. We are a strong nation but even we too can be attacked but I think about how this nation has pulled together and remember hat this day only symbolizes the strength and unity of our great nation.

Believe this or not, but I woke from a nightmare about a woman dousing herself in gasoline on the steps of congress and setting herself ablaze to protest the war in Iraq.
I know this sounds like I don't think of anything other than this war. But it's actually very unusual for me to even have a nightmare. And I do have a life.

damn my head hurts, but that blonde bartender sure looked 'spectacular' last night. Just think of 9-11 for what it is, a day the Zionists took control of the country of America!

First thought was COFFEE,
Second was the explosion, in Mexico, just a few miles from my retirement home, where my wife is at the present time.
Third was about 9-11.
Fourth was about turning on the t.v. and the news.
Fifth "none of your business".
nuff said,
