I love to exercise in the morning it gives me more energy for the rest of the day, and a clear mind as well!

Both!! i wake up and d0 30 curl ups in the morning! and 30 at night!! it keeps me going for the day!! it gives me energy

Afternoons are my favourite.
But mostly swimmers exercise and train in the mornings and that's how they get fit.
