ok so this may sound grosse to some of you, but when i insert a tampon and have to pass wind, i get a rather nasty pain in my anal region. it only feels better when i remove the tampon. is something wrong with me??

normal- tampons really should only be used if absolutely necessary. Nerves travel and are all connected- same with if you hit your head, and your ears, neck may hurt- once you piss off a nerve, it effects other areas surrounding it.

Some people simply cannot wear tampons. I would try to avoid them unless you have little choice but to use them.

there is nothing wrong. some girls are nevouse while putting them in. it can be painful because you not inserting them the right way. don't use on for a while see if pads work for you

Sometimes people just don't tolerate them. I have endometriosis and wearing them makes me so nauseous I can't stand it. Looks like you should stop forcing yourself to wear them.
