Get the names of companies you are interested in, do some background research on the companies Markets, strength, weaknesses etc) and start ring them up or writing to them. Persistence.

You will have to be very professional and spend a lot of time preparing a really individual CV.
Find the name of every company involved in F1 including satellite companies making parts electronics etc.
Phone each company and ask for the name of the 'Human resources' 'personnel' manager.
If you can get to speak to them and ask where, who to send the CV to. Be chatty with the right person ie. the manager.
Without a name the receptionist may bin the CV on arrival. They get about 100CV's per week.
Make yours better than any other, better paper, neater printing, they will only read it for 30 seconds so the 'hook' has to be at the top of the first page or they won't get to the second page.
On your cover letter mention 'following our telephone conversation on Thursday' etc.Make it a bit personal.
Send about 5 per week, less than that and your not trying.
If you end up working in the local Kwikfit then you have sent a scruffy CV so repeat the whole process in six months. all of it,
until someone gives you an interview.
Then the real work starts 'getting through that interview'
Good luck

Start going to F1 meetings and try to hang around with the Team mechanics ...find out what shops they use to get engine/bodywork/electronics done and get a job there .. chat to anyone you can find connected to any of the Teams and let them know you are interested in working for them ..

In short, there are VERY FEW opportunities (whens the last time you every saw a Job Advert placed by a F1 Team ?) ...

To stand any chance of grasping a job that does come up, it's a case of "WHO you know, not WHAT you know" .. you need to make personal contacts in the Teams ..
