I think the question is pretty straightforward... I have some hypnosis tapes and I think some are meant to be played while I sleep (the ones that are mostly ambience or music).

Does it work? I've heard it really doesn't, but then again it kind of seems like it might. I don't know. Help?

If you are one of those "I can't" or a generally negative person, then no probably not. What the mind believes the body perceives. Just as we train our bodies we train our minds too. We just aren't so aware of it. All our negative thoughts get processed whether we pay attention or not. So in a sense it is how you look at it. Make sure you have a reputable company for your tapes and on last thing... next time you are late somewhere don't say "I'm never on time for anything", that's telling your brain that showing up on time is something you don't do, so most likely you won't. Your starting to get it now aren't you! The human eye can take in over 100 words a second without us even knowing it so that tells you in a nut shell how sensitive the mind is to our conditions and our conditioning. Hope I helped.
