What are you talking about? I am a doctor. For all the ladies 18+ I'm the love doctor. Otherwise I just have a PHD English/Film degree, so I can give a symposium about the social and political connotations in Wizard of Oz. That counts.

When I am really stressed and I cry I feel much better afterward. It calms me down. Crying does not come easily for me. I do agree with the first answer. It should not be excessive.

It can be a stress release or it can get rid of dust in your eyes and what not so within moderation yes.
Excessive crying is a sign of intense stress and you need to get help though.

crying is pouring out ur grief and anger.
n other words: to share happiness is double happiness, to share grieve is half a grieve << the quote is not word by word right, but u know my meaning
