Precisely. Republicans, borrowing from the Reagan campaign of 1979, rail against government, taxes, and assorted 'conservative' ideals, and, once in office have collective amnesia. It is a most cynical exercise that erodes the very fabric of politics in this country.

you're suitable on all counts, different than the Fed does no longer enable it via fact it could nonetheless could loan the government the money they mandatory to function and then lose the added money the tax payer will pay in. yet differently is to alter the tax code and bypass to a flat tax around the board. If we had a flat tax fee at of 17 to 22% on all income devoid of deductions, they could earn greater money than they do now, with the midsection income human beings donning the burden. The state did no longer have a state income tax when I lived there interior the '80's and with the aid of revenues and vacationer tax purely they had the somewhat some suitable roads and colleges, hearth and police and reserves than the different state, proving that a state does no longer desire the income tax. purely earlier I moved to Texas, I lived in Kentucky and that they had income tax and the comparable revenues tax as Texas yet had the somewhat some lesser stored up roads and almost no reserves. This proves that an income tax is the lesser area of a revenues base.

People who think the IRS will be abolished are not awake. It is a huge and entrenched institution in our nation.

So, before the IRS can be disbanded another plan must be in place. Taxes for the running of the nation are not going to go away.

The entitlement mentality has also become well entrenched in the US. Until the entitlement mentality is disbanded, you cannot do away with income tax.

Simply put, another plan has not been agreed on.

You are goofy. No conservative has ever said he favors abolishing taxes. Your statement is a lie.

During the Bush Administration taxes were lowered significantly...and the economy boomed.
During the Reagan administration taxes were lowered...and the economy boomed.

Facts are facts. You cannot deny the benefits of the conservative approach.
