Nope. Which reminds me of another almost related issue: Hand-dipped ice cream.

Why is it supposed to be a selling point that someone has had my ice cream in their hands? Do I know where those hands have been? Are you sure your nail polish isn't flaking?

Cripes. what do the kitchen workers do after number 2? God lets hope there is a staff bathroom and ther's a sink in there!

That would likely be a outside vendor which still has certain health codes they are required to follow and I have at times eaten with them.

All in America restaurants are required by law to have ample hand washing facilities.

yep ate at one last night with my wife,i think you know her.I live in Korea if there is a sink theres usually no soap and if theres soap its a bar that everyone uses yep this is a nasty country,in response to the health code answer about even outside vendors i don't think their is a health code inspector here i know theres not,they dry peppers on the dirty sidewalk where everyone passes by,not covered just laying on the nasty funky brick with huge ants all over them. when they wipe they throw the tp in the trash they dont flush it,nnnnnnnnnaaaaaaaaaaaasssssssssttttttttttttyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO!!! How do you wash and clean your hands after you use the bathroom and to prepare meals. That's just nasty and unsanitary.
