Martina is better than MARTIKA...
martika isn't that good but it's not pleasant to hear at all...
and why not change Martina to MARTEENA or MHARTHYNA...
just change the spelling to create a new better one....hope it helps

martika is more original. martina will always make me think of martina mcbride (not a good thing).

Honestly?, neither but if they were the only two to choose from I'd go with Martina but I hate 'marty' for a pet name, tina is ok but I think you can do better.
