Assalamu Alaikom
Everyday, I do abdominal exercise for the stomch muscles, I have 6 packs and I also bought a treadmill and put it in my room, everyday 15 mins anytime at day or night.
Believe me when you do exercise you will feel tired for a bit, but your body will be relaxed for the rest of the time because you get stronger and your stamina will boost up.
You could do all kinds of exercise for you body without needing a gym by some simple equipment like dumbles or strechers.
The best way to make you very excited for exercise is challenging with a friend and keeping up together, it will make you give your best and in the same time feel excited.
Assalamu Alaikom
Edit: I just turned 18, i am doing it for 2 years (but this year much less effort), infact i had much belly fat, i am not the thin type, but i do it repeatedly, do you want it? I could give you a plan to have them in 6 months, if you want me to show you a picture display on yahoo tell me (because i deleted it after knowing it is not a good thing in islam if girls saw).
Anyway here is your plan man with all the equipment
Equipment: A simple exercise rod fixed under the door to provide support for your legs, it will not cost more than 30 pounds ( I got if from UAE, I dont know where to get from here, just go to sports mall), then fix it in place and then do it, remember to stick your legs together and your hands to the back of your head as hard as you can and also when going up and down try to lift your body slowly up and down with your stomach muscles by pushing over your leg, repeat and dont count until you feel that your stomach muscles are hurting much, do this daily for 2 weeks, you will start seeing a difference, for now go and try it, look for anywhere to fix your leg till you buy that things which holds your leg,
Good luck, email me for more info
oh I had much fat, infact it is my fat which made me more eager to do it, also my one of my good friends in UAE, he was the third in the world karate championship under 21, you see, the key is challenge and motivation, I know some people who got what they want from exercise but they get lazy after that and waste everything they have done, so try your best man and I will support you
Good luck

I work out in a pool almost everyday for at least 20 minutes and it is the only thing that keeps me from becoming a big fat disgusting tub of greasy flabby lard. Well maybe not the only thing but I, until just recently, always had a gym membership and made sure I did at least an hour workout every day. I miss it because that body we all have is your only true possession as a living being. Your mind is a figment of your imagination, literally. Ego, self, all that doesn't really exist. It's just thought waves which can be anything you want them to be. Or nothing if you want (though nothing is harder to achieve). But your body that's a real tangible thing and it requires maintenance and care and fuel and ya gotta change your fluids (or at least top them off every once in a while) and that's what you have til you die. So this inspires me to start exercising more again. Thanks for that little pep talk, man I needed that. Hello? where'd he go?
