There is probably a modicum of psychological value associated with making a prediction.

Less meaning than other, yes, meaningless, but not meaning zero. Thought predictor could be transformed to Thought Exchanger, a conversant artificial intelligence. For that transformation it needs thought for its own truth purpose.

The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.

Pretty much. It uses some sort of algorithm to generate profound sounding things about almost anything, but it just comes out as bs. Just see what it generates for 'chicken.' I was just thinking it tasted good and I kind of wanted some, but it said...

Nothing will be Chicken if Chicken cannot be thought as "part, whole, equivalence, uniqueness, link, limit, influence, sensation, origin, derivative, rule, condition, intent, and fulfillment."

Seriously, what does that even mean?
