If you've got a memory card in the phone that should appear as an external drive in windows. For the phone's own memory you need the drivers

Just try it sometimes the computer will recognise it as a separate drive (look in 'my computer' when you plug it in) otherwise you could go to the Motorola website and download a PC driver for your phone.
