Alocin is pronounced AL-OH-SIN
Kinda like Alison
My mothers name is Nicola but I don't want my childs first name to be Nicola and I can't think of any decent names that flow with Nicola as the middle name so I played around with it and found that Nicola spelt backwards is Alocin!

Glad to see traditional names in amongst the more unusual ones.
James is an excellent name - strong and unpretentious. A youngster can be called Jamie, and an adult might choose to call himself Jim.
Calling your daughter Margaret would be a bold move - she'd probably have a unique name in her class (which would be full of kids with fake 'unique' names). Victoria (Vicky) is good too.
I like Barnaby too (Barney?); I like Toby but not Tobias. Skyler is a bit trendy and not really an adult name (although an adult might be able to pull it off if it were spelt in the correct Dutch fashion - Schuyler). Reece ought to be spelt Rhys (it's a Welsh name). [Funny how I hate names with superfluous y's but I'm advocating adding them here!]
I'm not sure about Alocin. I guess if it's a middle name you can a bit more creative. Names that work with Nicola as a middle name (I think)...
Victoria
Olivia
Julia
Amelia (my favourite name)
Maria
Kendra (unusual, but why not?)
Sandra
Alicia (I think Alicia Nicola works quite well)
Naomi (works well too)
You can probably spot the pattern - names ending in a vowel, so that there's no consonant clash with the 'n' of nicola....

SOrry to say most of these names are horrible. Especially Willow form girls names and Barnaby form the boys list.
Summer Samantha is cool
And if you change Alocin Skye to Allison Skye that would rock
As for boys how about James Skyler. Skyler is a cool name for a baby boy but not a grown man so you can compromise with James SKyler.
:)

Personally I perfer Victoria Margaret and Benjamin Reece. They both sound very *royal* to me. But then again if you named a boy Benjamin he would probably wind up being a Ben. Not that that's a bad name or anything but if you are wanting him to be different maybe you could call him Reece. I love that name!
