if you get in a black cab at Heathrow it will be £70+, if you book a mincab in advance (especially if you book one based in Southgate) its more likely to be £30ish

If you were to get a cab from Heathrow it would probably be about twice as expensive than getting a cab firm from southgate to come and pick you up. Try asking a mate or a relative. Or try using the Heathrow express coach service the go all over the place I don,t know where though. Also plack cabs tend to be very very expensive i think they run on a time so if you are sitting in trafffic the meter is still ticking away where as if you use a local taxi the tend to charge per mile.

Too much. I've never done that trip in a cab, but I'd reckon on well over £50.

The Piccadilly line runs direct from Heathrow to Southgate - you won't even have to change trains...

It depends massively on the traffic (esp on the M25) and the time of day, but I think you're looking at £40 to £50 minimum. Maybe more.

I'd recommend the Piccadilly tube line from Southgate, that would be far cheaper and quite possibly quicker.

Lukee, stick to filling shelves at the local supermarket mate, you haven't got a scooby doo in what your talking about.

Applies to all: if you are not a London taxi driver, don't answer the question, don't surmise, don't estimate, in fact don't even comment, just remain jealous and sad in your own small insular world.

About £20,000! It doesn't matter you buy the black cab, it's roughly the same price but don't buy one off an East European at Heathrow as it's likely to be a Green Lada in disguise LOL

It depends if the cab driver thinks you're foreign.
