Best bet is an Ezi out which is like a drill bit but with opposite turn un thread. You drill a pilot hole and then swrew this in which turns the screw/bolt etc opposite to its thread

Give the 10 to Spectre. They are often sold in sets, sometimes 4 to a package. They serve various purposes in application, but their design is to GRIP in a pre- gouged/drilled hole allowing that they perform the Reverse of what was done when installing a bolt/screw/etc.

Besides EZ-outs, they make a drill bit for removing stripped screws and bolts. It is operated in the reverse mode of your drill and the fluting "catches" the bolt or screw and removes it.
