Well first off hello and please check S2ki.com or org and honda-tech.com S2000 section

Now the S2000 block can only handle about 300-330whp 9psi you going need to sleeve the block, piston, rods, and some head work the bottom end and head work alone est $7000-8000 worth of work turbo kit $6500 and clutch $2000 all for 500whp. Should be a 11sec S2000, people have done 2JZ GTE swap from a supra fits in the S2000(on honda-tech s2000 section and youtube) it dosent throw the 50/50 weight disrubtion much off compare to an LS1 if it even fits but cost $15000 for the swap. and easy 500whp. Or sell it and save up buy a supra or an Sc300 and swap to the 2jzgte motor and it be a cheaper supra

You can make it hit 500hp since i saw a s2000 at a race track with 667 hp. I'm not to sure whats the set up for it but im guessing it should be pretty much the same as most hondas. You pretty much have to do over the whole internals witch is the cams pistons crank shaft, ect. New ecu and maybe drop the vtec alittle lower for more speed also. Headers intake ect.

Just how many engines and turbochargers Superchargers do you want to try out on this RACE CAR. With enough modifications to make double the power the car might not be road driveable any more. Light weight and high reving already you have your work cut out for you. IT is easier when you start with a V-8 LS-2 Corvette engine Cyl. heads cam headers and intake there is your 500 driveable too.

sure its possible. the life/dependability will be GREATLY shortened though. just get a turbo, set the boost on stun and let it eat...
i like the LS engine idea!!! Z06 makes over 500 and gets 24 mpg!!!

Boost it up to 500 HP and you'll blow the bottom up.
